We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the very center of the city. It was close to all the major attractions and within walking distance of everything. We loved the fact that it was situated on a lovely pedestrian street filled with bustling cafes. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff at the 24-hour reception were friendly and English-speaking, always ready to help. Transportation was convenient with the metro just around the corner. this hotel provided a great experience for us.

Convenient location with easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions. Comfortable and clean family room with two queen-sized beds.

No elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs can be a hassle. Difficult for taxis to park in front of the hotel due to the pedestrian street location.

The location of Hotel Kamergersky is excellent, with many tourist attractions and a safe neighborhood nearby. We felt comfortable and found it convenient to explore the city, especially with the Metro station close by. The staff reception was also friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. The rooms were clean and met our expectations. we would recommend this hotel for its great location and satisfactory accommodations.

Good location, the rooms are clean and tidy. Hotel staff are pleasant and willing to help.

Unfortunately the staff speak only Russian, no English at all, so hard to communicate if have any questions. And 5 guest rooms to share 2 bathroom / toilets, so if it's busy, it could be a long wait for using the bathroom.

The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The owner was eager to sit down for tea and get to know each guest if they had the time and desire to do so.

While not a personal problem, the staff only speaks Russian and trying to figure out how the doors work without a knowledge of Russian would have been near impossible.
